"My name is Sokheng and I'm 12 years old. I come from a big family of 5 children. There's my big sister Sreyna, my big brother Sokleap, my little brother Ream, my little sister Sreyroth and me. My dad works a lot on building sites, while my mom stays at home.

Together with Sreyna, Ream and Sreyroth, we've been coming to Centre EKL for over a year now. I like going to Centre because I have my friends with whom I play soccer and volleyball, whereas at home I often play alone. It's a comforting place where I can rest and eat the good home-cooked food that Li-Ya prepares for us.

At school, I've passed my exams and I'm moving on to Level 5 [equivalent to CM2] at the beginning of next year. Sometimes the lessons are difficult, and when I don't understand something, I ask Tevi at Centre to explain it to me again, and then it gets easier! When I grow up, I want to join the army to protect my country!"
