The Day Care Centre plays a key role in making a difference, as well as changing children’s behaviours and attitudes During our workshops “sewing, clothes repair and recycling”, the children bring and repair a damaged or torn piece of clothing. They also learn ways to limit their spending, overconsumption and protect the environment. Knowing that the textile industry is one of the top 3 most polluting industries in the world, clothing repair and recycling is a big gesture to help our beautiful planet! The hard work during these workshops pays off with the pride they feel with the finished product.
